Hidden among the beauties of the Heuvelrug, Parc Broekhuizen is an imposing estate with very prestigious buildings. While the estate is hundreds of years old, the design is modern, with respect for the history and with some surprising elements. The history of the current park goes back to the fifteenth century. The main house is decorated in the style of Louis XVI, which was popular in 1796.  An exceptional combination of Louis Seize ceilings, enormous fireplaces, ancient murals, contemporary art and furniture design make a visit to Parc Broekhuizen an unforgettable journey of visual discovery.
