In 1976, the Hotel café restaurant Boszicht was converted into ‘t Pannekoekhuis Sturms pancake restaurant. Since then, pancakes are prepared here according to a family recipe. ‘t Pannekoekhuis is located on the outskirts of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug ridge and directly opposite the Amerongse bossen scenic area; a perfect location as the starting or end point of a wonderful day excursion.
